Delivery
We deliver within Eindhoven area and surroundings
The available delivery times are provided during checkout and are indicative.
In general we are operative every day except holiday days following school holiday schedule south region.
We deliver breakfast boxes on the agreed date and time window.
It is very important to ensure you provide the correct address. Otherwise, the delivery may be delayed or not delivered at all. We are not responsible if the recipient is not home, does not answer the door, or the address is incorrect. We offer the option of picking up your package at our office with address: Vliegende Koffer 4,5629KL Eindhoven.
Most of the cases we can reschedule the delivery for another time. In this case, you will need to pay the shipping costs again and cost of the expired food.
Cancellations & Returns
Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before delivery.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not possible.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will assess complaints and offer an appropriate solution where applicable.
