Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before delivery.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not possible.

It is very important to ensure you provide the correct address. Otherwise, the delivery may be delayed or not delivered at all. Most of the cases we can reschedule the delivery for another time. In this case, you will need to pay the shipping costs again and cost of the expired food.
